Our products are produced under the most stringent controls in accordance with ASTM, ANSE, ISO and QS requirements. We supply level 3 PPAPs. We have the capability to do full chemical testing of all materials using spectography, magnetic particle inspection for identification of seams or cracks, x-ray fluorescence for plating thickness, tensile testing for physical capabilities, salt spray chamber for corrosion. Our operators are required to do a first piece inspection before beginning and random inspections throughout the process. All orders are taken subject to sample and pilot run approval. A final inspection is mandatory before any part leaves our facility. Customized inspection reports are prepared to meet your requirements. We can supply 100% traceability on all jobs.
